Videos: Does Part 2 Apply to Me or My Practice? 

This series of brief animated videos helps substance abuse disorder treatment providers in various settings  determine whether their patients’ records are protected by the federal confidentiality regulations for SUD treatment records, 42 USC § 290dd-2 and 42 CFR Part 2 (Part 2).
