Reproductive justice is a movement and framework founded in 1994 by a group of Black women that unites social justice, human rights, and reproductive rights to combat reproductive oppression.

This timeline highlights legislation, historical events, and milestones related to the treatment of women and people of color and reproductive justice and oppression in the United States.
